What you will be doing:
Own end-user migration strategy, roadmap, and governance.
Manage vendor delivery, milestones, resource plans, and contract obligations.
Coordinate migration wave planning, scheduling, and deployment readiness.
Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational change management, and business readiness activities.
Coordinate support teams, service desk, hypercare, and escalation processes.
Manage migration risks, user impacts, blackout periods, and business disruptions.
Align user migration sequencing with application readiness and dependency requirements.
Provide executive reporting, decision support, and issue escalation.
