Key Responsibilities:
• Render personal care and facilitate daily living tasks
• Assist with medications according to individual care plans




• Report any changes in resident status to LPNs
• Adjust routines to meet specific resident needs
• Engage in care plan development and documentation

Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Health Care Aide with CLHA
• Immunization record and TB test must be current
• Clean Criminal Reference Check required
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
• Capacity to manage physically demanding tasks
