About the Role Our client is looking for a meticulous and analytical Retail Inventory Controller to manage and optimize stock levels for their stores in Kimberley . You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, from receiving and stocking to tracking and conducting regular audits. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of inventory control systems. You will play a vital role in minimizing stock discrepancies, reducing shrinkage, and ensuring product availability to meet customer demand, contributing to the financial health of the retail operations in the Northern Cape.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across all store locations.
Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize stock loss and discrepancies.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
Analyze inventory data to forecast demand, optimize stock levels,



and identify slow-moving items.
Coordinate with suppliers and store teams regarding stock movements and replenishment.
Requirements Proven experience as an Inventory Controller or in a similar inventory management role within retail.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
Proficiency with inventory management software and databases.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
