Your recent role Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a portfolio of retail properties throughout Calgary.
Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs on building systems and equipment.
Monitor and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems.
Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance or operational issues.
Coordinate and oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers.
Respond to tenant service requests and maintain strong tenant relationships.
Assist with capital projects, building upgrades, and ongoing property improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance schedules, and property operating procedures.
Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as required.




Travel between multiple properties within the Calgary portfolio.
What you’ll need to succeed 3+ years of experience in commercial building operations or property maintenance.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems.
Experience supporting retail, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
Proven experience coordinating contractors and vendors.
Strong customer service skills with experience interacting directly with tenants.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
