Your role encompasses preparing a diverse range of dishes while ensuring high quality and presentation standards. You will support the Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and foster a team-oriented atmosphere amongst staff. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes per established recipes
Assist with inventory and production planning
Oversee workflow during shift for efficiency
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment
Help organize and execute special banquets and events Requirements:
Two years of culinary experience required
Preferred leadership experience in the culinary field
Journeyman's papers or international equivalent necessary
Valid Foodsafe certificate or higher preferred
