LifeLabs in Mississauga is seeking a Supervisor, Lab Operations to lead safety, quality and cost-effective diagnostic services overnight on the Kennedy Road site, Monday to Friday 11pm-7am. This is an existing position and reports to the Manager, Laboratory Operations.

You will manage the day-to-day operations and provide leadership to two department teams. You will develop staff, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient testing and productive
