Foster employee engagement and retention strategies
Advise on change initiatives and performance management
Conduct project research and support HR initiatives




Collaborate with People Relations for issue resolution

Two years of HR advisory experience required
Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related discipline
Extensive knowledge of employment regulations
Robust ability to build trust and communicate effectively
