OPG seeks a Change and Talent Manager to spearhead change initiatives at its Oshawa office. This role is pivotal in managing stakeholder engagement and training for successful asset management transformations. As part of this position, you'll lead change management activities and develop strategies that support organizational transformation while minimizing disruptions.

Collaborating with program leaders, you will assess readiness and monitor engagement levels as part of your approach to driving change effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Lead change management efforts for asset management transformation
Engage and assess stakeholders' readiness and impact
Design and implement training and communication strategies
Track risks and report on change progress and issues
Facilitate engagement sessions with program and business leaders Requirements:
Degree in business, HR, or a relevant field
Proven experience in leading large change initiatives
Robust communication and planning skills required
Certification in change management is an asset
