The Senior Java/React Full stack Lead Programmer Analyst is a senior technical role responsible for leading application development initiatives and driving design decisions across systems. This isa 3 days Hybrid in Mississauga. Its a 6 months contract to hire role.

Responsibilities

Understanding the requirements from the user

Self motivated

Attitude to take it to the end along with the technical skills listed in the qualifications

Mentoring junior level developers, not managing them

Working with junior developers to explain, assign code and review, guiding them to do the right coding

Looking for Developers, not Architects

React focused, if they know React they can switch to Angular. Have to be proficient in React. Angular is not required

Fundamentals of how the structure works, how can they do the programming efficiently

API integration

Understanding of Java framework, what is written- as long as they are able to integrate APIs- review and understand code to integrate it (understand Core Java, but not extensive)

Java, Spring Boot, Angular (having React they can pick up Angular),



and microservices from the integration aspect

Qualifications

7–10+ years of experience in application development

Advanced expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React/ Angular, and microservices architecture

Strong experience with API design, SQL, and distributed systems

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (preferred), and DevOps practices

Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor teams

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required Skills
