In anticipation of the Calgary facility's opening in November 2026, you will play a key role in laying the groundwork for efficient warehouse operations. With 5+ years of relevant experience, you will oversee logistics, implement strategies for continuous improvement, and maintain high standards of inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the establishment of the 220,000 sq.ft. distribution center
• Execute warehouse layout planning and equipment selection
• Create and uphold SOPs and workflow standards
• Manage operations, shipping, and staff evaluations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a warehouse management role
• In-depth knowledge of eCommerce and KPI management
