In this role, you will exclusively work with prospective buyers, guiding them through the entire home-buying process, from initial consultation to closing. Your primary focus will be understanding client needs, identifying suitable properties, arranging viewings, and providing expert advice on market conditions and negotiations. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and a deep knowledge of the local real estate market to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective buyers, building rapport and understanding their specific housing needs, preferences, and budget.
Identify and present suitable properties that match buyer criteria, utilizing MLS databases and market knowledge.
Schedule and conduct property viewings, providing insights into the features, benefits, and potential of each home in Kimberley.
Advise buyers on market conditions, property values, and negotiation strategies.




Prepare and present purchase offers, skillfully negotiating terms on behalf of the buyer.
Guide buyers through the closing process, coordinating with agents, lenders, and legal professionals.
Requirements A valid South African real estate agent's license.
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on buyer representation.

Solid knowledge of the Kimberley real estate market, including neighborhoods, pricing, and trends.
