Scotia Harvest is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to serve as the in office HR presence at our Seabrook facility in Seabrook, NS. This role reports to the Manager, People & Culture and requires travel within Nova Scotia.
You will coach leaders, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain HR records in BambooHR, and ensure HR processes are followed across operations. A manufacturing/processing background is a plus.
