About the Role Our client is actively seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Industrial Engineer to serve as a Continuous Improvement Specialist . This fully remote position allows you to drive significant operational enhancements from anywhere, focusing on implementing Lean methodologies and fostering a culture of ongoing improvement across the organization. You will analyze processes, develop strategic improvement plans, and guide teams virtually through change initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive continuous improvement programs using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Analyze complex operational processes across different departments to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
Develop and document best practices, standard operating procedures, and training materials for virtual rollout.
Facilitate remote workshops, Kaizen events, and training sessions to engage stakeholders and drive change.
Utilize data analytics, simulation, and performance metrics to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.




Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and management in a remote setting to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and Lean implementation.
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke) and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead change initiatives in a remote environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
