particularly in complex or unpredictable patient/client care settings.The RN possesses the knowledge, skill, and judgment needed to deliver competent, evidence-based nursing practice.Accountability for the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the plan of care to achieve patient outcomes is required.The RN is responsible for their nursing practice and conduct as defined by regulatory nursing standards.Collaboration with a care team and other disciplines is essential to coordinate care and achieve patient and family outcomes.The RN contributes to the productive and effective functioning of the service and the coordination of patient care.Compliance with documentation processes is expected in accordance with regulatory requirements.
