Position Description
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Advanced Technology & Innovation (ATI) Division of the MRO Engineering Department/Depot Support Team at FLTREADCEN EAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

You will plan, coordinate, and oversee execution of highly engaging K-12 STEM and educational outreach programming designed to inspire student interest and build a sustainable talent pipeline for the command.

You will serve as the primary liaison and coordinate directly with external educational stakeholders, including school districts, educators, academic institutions, and community partners, to strengthen team-oriented STEM initiatives.

You will work closely with FST, MRO-E, and other FRCE departments to understand critical talent demands and translate those organizational priorities into engaging, customized outreach events that build a ready future workforce.

You will lead the collection, analysis, and sharing of outreach and engagement metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and report on the command's educational impact to Division and Department level leadership.
