As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with user groups to identify business requirements and deploy strategic solutions that enhance operational effectiveness across UBC's departments. Your role will focus on the Planon application, ensuring it meets the maintenance and asset management needs of a diverse workplace. Collaborate with various stakeholders to support and improve methods in technological integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess user needs and develop corresponding solutions
• Manage functional application design, implementation, and testing




• Provide training and support for system updates/releases
• Work cross-departmentally to enhance technology operations
• Address incidents and support requests through Tier 1 and Tier 2

Requirements:
• Strong experience in business analysis in a technical setting
• Knowledge of Planon, Mulesoft, Jira, and other systems
• Exceptional problem-solving skills in technology applications
• Experience in collaboration with multiple departments
• Proven ability to maintain critical system services
