Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you’ll be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles within our distribution centers. With at least three years of full-cycle recruitment experience, you will actively attract quality candidates while managing relationships with hiring managers and external partners to ensure an exceptional hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for roles
• Attract and engage high-quality candidates




• Develop relationships with universities and job boards
• Innovate recruitment processes with the TA team
• Handle various other assigned tasks

Requirements:
• 3+ years full cycle recruitment experience
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Strong grasp of recruitment fundamentals
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google software
• Experience with HRIS and ATS tools
