You'll manage financial analytics, staff development, and safety compliance, ensuring projects meet high standards of delivery and client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure effective management of operational areas
Monitor financial performance and operational metrics
Lead talent retention and engagement strategies
Promote adherence to safety standards
Collaborate across business lines for improved service Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or similar
At least 15 years in leadership roles with financial focus
Consulting experience is beneficial
Familiarity with regional client needs in Ontario & Atlantic Canada
