As a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will provide expert nursing care to infants while collaborating with health specialists to optimize patient outcomes.

Evaluate and assess patients' neonatal care needs
Collaborate with the care team to create productive care plans
Document nursing interventions and patient observations




Provide health education to patients' families
Participate actively in research and quality improvement efforts Requirements:
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Provider Certifications
Recent NICU experience or relevant perinatal course completion
Robust understanding of neonatal care principles
