Facilitate logistics for observer trips across Recent England
Conduct interviews for data collection on observer experiences
Support observers with safety checks and compliance
Manage documentation and communication for field trips
Attend conferences and update training protocols Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related biological science
Must have or be eligible for NMFS Observer Certification
Robust proficiency in MS Excel
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
