As a Production Associate, you will collaborate with the Plant Manager to meet production and safety goals. Responsibilities include handling bagged salt products, operating machinery, and ensuring only quality products proceed to the next stage. Keeping accurate records and communicating with the line leader are key elements of your position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle packaging and lifting of salt bags
• Run baggers and sealers in accordance with procedures
• Ensure products are sealed and palletized correctly




• Maintain detailed records of production activities
• Communicate any issues affecting safety and productivity
Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Preferred background in production or manufacturing
• Must speak and read basic English
• Compliance with all safety policies is essential
• Regular attendance required for role effectiveness
