Role Description The Fighter role is a full-time, on-site position located in Nepean, ON. In this role, the individual will work in a warehouse environment, performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing materials and products to support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, operating equipment as trained and authorized, and assisting with loading and unloading shipments.



The Fighter will collaborate closely with supervisors and colleagues to meet productivity targets, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and report any issues or hazards promptly. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and readiness to adapt to changing operational needs.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Experience or willingness to learn warehouse operations, including basic material handling and inventory support.
- Commitment to safety practices and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Solid teamwork, communication, and reliability in an on-site, shift-based environment.
- Attention to detail, basic numeracy, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or industrial settings is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; eligibility to work in Canada required.
