We are seeking a dynamic, hands on and detail-oriented Financial Controller with knowledge of the manufacturing sector to oversee all financial operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will drive strategic financial planning, optimize budgeting efforts, and support the organization’s growth objectives.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about delivering precise financial insights that empower decision-making across the company.

Duties

- Undertaking all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Ensure timely and accurate account reconciliation and account analysis to maintain financial integrity
- Undertake the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
- Utilize accounting QuickBooks and our Apollo CRM fro reports,
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecast financial trends, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership
- Conduct thorough account analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement




- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls to safeguard company assets

Experience

- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior accounting role with extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks or equivalent systems
- Strong background in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation
- Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and preparing detailed financial reports for executive review
- Familiarity with account analysis techniques and internal control procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience leading a finance team is highly desirable

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
