The Food Service Attendant will perform the following duties in a rapid-paced, customer-focused restaurant and lounge environment:

- Greet customers promptly and courteously
- Take food and beverage orders accurately in person and through POS systems
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards and liquor regulations
- Clear, clean, and reset tables, bar areas, and service stations
- Package take-out and delivery orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and washrooms
- Restock supplies including condiments, utensils, and beverages
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures
- Handle cash and electronic payments and balance transactions as required
- Support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff during peak service periods
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

(Duties are consistent with NOC 65201 and do not overlap into supervisory or managerial functions.)

Employment Requirements
- Education: No formal education required
- Experience:
- Previous food service or customer service experience is an asset
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Language:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and basic written)
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., trays, supply boxes)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
