FULL-TIME SERVER

LoLi Café & Lounge is looking for a full-time server to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, brings great energy to the room, and understands that great service is about more than taking an order. Our servers help create the experience our guests come to LoLi for.

What you’ll be doing:

- Providing friendly, attentive and knowledgeable service
- Taking orders and accurately entering them into our POS system
- Learning our food, coffee, cocktail and beverage menus
- Making thoughtful recommendations and confidently upselling when appropriate
- Running food and beverages and maintaining table service throughout each guest’s visit
- Processing payments accurately
- Completing opening, closing and side duties
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming dining room
- Working closely with our kitchen, bar, barista and support teams
- Helping create a great experience during regular service, events and busy evenings

What we’re looking for:

- Full-time availability
- Availability for a mix of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
- Reliable,



punctual and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
- Friendly, confident and comfortable starting conversations with guests
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy service
- Previous serving experience is an asset
- Responsible Beverage certification is required

LoLi is a little different from a traditional restaurant. We’re a café by day and lounge by night, with everything from coffee dates and brunch to cocktails, live entertainment and special events. That means no two shifts are exactly the same.

We’re looking for someone who wants to become a consistent part of our team, get to know our regulars and help us continue building the LoLi experience.

Pay: $15.90-$17.00 per hour
