- Collaborate with business partners to understand, analyze and document needs related to the evolution and maintenance of systems.
- Participate in the development of functional solutions based on existing documentation, architecture briefs and development best practices.
- Contribute to the team's agile activities, including planning, work tracking, reviews and retrospectives.
- Participate in the preparation and execution of tests, the quality assurance of deliverables and production release activities.
- Provide functional support to users, collaborate in incident resolution and contribute to the deployment of solutions.

The profile sought is as follows:

- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline,



or compensate for the absence of the degree with additional relevant experience.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in information technology, including four (4) years in systems development, maintenance or evolution.
- Have at least two (2) years of experience as a functional analyst in an workplace using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET.
- Have worked with a recognized development methodology (e.g., Macroscope, Green Guide or equivalent) for a minimum period of twelve (12) months.
- Demonstrate experience working with users and development teams in the context of application solution delivery.
