Key Responsibilities:
• Direct full-cycle recruitment efforts for GTM and technical roles
• Collaborate on defining role scopes and success metrics
• Develop structured interview processes for consistent hiring
• Generate high-quality candidate pipelines through diverse sourcing

Requirements:
• Over 8 years of recruiting experience in SaaS or AI fields
• Clear vision on effective hiring processes and talent assessment
• Fluency in AI and its application in recruitment practices
• Solid data analysis skills for managing hiring funnels
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders in hiring strategies
