This permanent position reports to the Manager of Employee Relations and focuses on conducting in-depth research and analysis to enhance collective bargaining strategies.

Your role includes supporting mediation efforts, managing grievances, and preparing necessary training materials. Collaboration with unions and understanding labor laws will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:
