Your tasks will include assisting offshore teams, troubleshooting lab support requests, and managing equipment logistics. Focusing on Ciena’s Optical Products, you will help maintain optimal lab conditions for development and testing. Key Responsibilities:
Assist offshore teams with R&D; technology needs
Diagnose and repair hardware issues and circuit packs
Reconfigure optical systems with technical accuracy
Install and validate software for testing and development
Track lab support activities and configurations closely Requirements:
3+ years experience in lab management and support
Relevant College Diploma as a Technician
Solid working knowledge of optical products
Proficiency in JIRA and GEMS
