You will lead training sessions, assess instructor performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards across all programs.

Your background in ski instruction and passion for education will help foster an exceptional training setting. Engage with a community dedicated to providing an incredible resort experience. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement the Sports School training schedule
Conduct training sessions for national certifications
Set up technical camps and continuous education programs
Provide structured mentorship for teaching staff
Deliver feedback through performance audits of lessons Requirements:
Current Level 4 teaching certification required
Experience in a supervisory capacity within snow sports
High computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office
Authorized to work in Canada for the contract duration
