Sun Peaks Grand Hotel is seeking a Jr Sous Chef to join our quick-paced culinary team for the winter season. You will work closely with the Head Chef on food production, health and safety, and kitchen operations, while supporting leadership and training.

With 3–5 years of culinary experience and Red Seal or Culinary Arts degree, you will contribute to consistent, high-quality menus and guest experiences. This in office role offers seasonal advantages and growth opportunities at Sun Peaks.
