National Product Manager

About the Role

A leading manufacturer of commercial equipment is looking for a National Product Manager to support product growth, industry relationships, and technical sales initiatives across Canada.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical background who enjoys working with customers, consultants, dealers, and internal sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage product certifications and ensure compliance across Canada
Develop robust relationships with commercial kitchen consultants, dealers, designers, and planners
Provide product training, education, and technical support to customers and industry partners
Increase product specifications and brand presence within commercial projects
Act as a national resource for product installations, design questions, and technical escalations
Support sales teams with product launches, presentations, training, and competitive information
Work with Marketing on market analysis and product strategy




Develop business plans with sales teams to grow consultant and dealer relationships
Support field teams with customer and consultant meetings
Drive adoption and usage of connected technology solutions

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in product management, or a related field
Experience with key account management is an asset
Solid ability to present and explain technical products
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills

Travel
60%+ travel across Canada, including overnight stays
Occasional international travel
