Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Client Scheduling Coordinator in Ottawa to connect patients, families, and care providers. This in office role runs 08:00–16:30, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekend shifts.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in healthcare customer service, robust English communication, and proficiency with EMR systems and scheduling tools. A related certificate is preferred, and French is a plus.
