Post-training, participants will gain 45 hours of practical plowing experience under expert supervision. This spare role lacks guaranteed hours but offers exciting prospects for overtime and consistent pay. Key Responsibilities:
Operate plows and graders for snow removal tasks
Perform inspections and maintenance on equipment
Keep accurate daily logs and reports
Assist with road traffic control and repairs
Maintain high safety standards in operations Requirements:
Minimum two years of experience or suitable education
Class III license with air brake endorsement required
Mechanical skills are beneficial
Solid documentation skills for compliance
