Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work along with two years of relevant experience. Utilize your knowledge to support older adults and their caregivers effectively via telephone and chat services. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to crisis referrals via telephone and online
Conduct initial risk assessments using standardized tools
Provide supportive counseling and referrals to services
Maintain accurate records and statistical data
Collaborate with community and healthcare teams Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent
Registration with a regulatory body for social work
2 years’ experience in counseling and interventions
