Seeking a proven I.T. Recruiter who has worked in a high-performance search setting and understands how to identify, engage, assess, and close strong candidates for contract and permanent I.T. opportunities.

Desired experience:
5+ years of agency recruitment experience
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary ATS platforms
Conduct detailed candidate interviews focused on technical capabilities, career progression, motivations, compensation expectations, communication skills, and overall client fit
Strong track record managing candidates through interviews, offer negotiation, counteroffers, and successful close
Robust understanding of technology skill sets and IT organizational structures
Ability to develop long-term relationships with candidates, placed professionals, and referral sources to generate repeat placements and referrals
Ability to partner closely with Account Managers to understand client organizations, hiring needs, role requirements, market conditions, and the profile of candidates most likely to succeed
