You'll provide ongoing support to Senior Specialists, ensuring quality control during job postings and applicant processing. Your ability to manage both administrative duties and relationship-building activities will be key to effectively navigate the recruitment landscape. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure job postings align with corporate policies
Oversee applicant assessments and tests
Conduct thorough pre-employment screenings
Arrange selection board meeting logistics
Archive documents and assist the Talent Acquisition team Requirements:
Community college diploma in HR administration required
At least two years of relevant experience
Advanced proficiency in English and French essential
Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office preferred
Solid attention to detail and confidentiality skills Drive success in talent acquisition with your bilingual strengths at CBC/Radio-Canada.
