The IT Technician is responsible for delivering technical assistance across various IT platforms, solving hardware/software issues, and managing user access.

You will ensure that all organizational technology functions efficiently while collaborating closely with employees and external vendors. Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality are essential. Key Responsibilities:
Handle technical support requests from staff
Support the setup and configuration of IT equipment
Maintain records of IT services and solutions
Assist with cybersecurity measures and data protection
Facilitate recent employee technology onboarding Requirements:
Experience in an IT support role preferred
Understanding of Microsoft 365 and security practices
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
