HV Logic Ltd. is hiring a Junior P&C; Settings Engineer to support high voltage engineering solutions. This role offers a unique prospect to develop specialized skills in Alberta’s power sector. As a Junior Engineer, you will contribute to developing and reviewing critical P&C; relay settings and coordination studies.
This position will allow you to work with cutting-edge software and engage with diverse clients while honing your project coordination and engineering skills. Key Responsibilities:
Develop substations' P&C; relay settings and reports
Review project scope and select protection schemes
Use software tools like Aspen Oneliner and ETAP for simulations
Create wiring drawings and protection diagrams
Conduct commissioning tests in office as needed Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Eligibility for Skilled Engineer registration in Alberta
Relevant experience in electrical design or commissioning
Proficiency with modeling software including CAPE
