The Nature Conservancy of Canada is seeking an experienced HR skilled to advise on HR policies and legislation, coach leaders on employee relations, and oversee leaves and accommodations. You will partner with managers on workforce planning and recruitment with a strong focus on EDI and confidentiality.
This national role requires a degree in HR, CHRP/CHRL certification, and 5+ years of HR generalist and 2+ years of leadership experience.
