You must be organized and prioritize safety, with bus transportation provided from Fort McMurray to the site, and shifts of 12 hours with 14x7 or 10x4 schedules. The role requires 3+ years operating excavators in mining or civil environments, union membership, and compliance with strict safety and testing requirements.
