Perform regular HVAC mechanic duties and equipment maintenance
Inspect mechanical equipment and recommend corrective actions
Supervise technician compliance with safety policies
Attend and participate in site meetings
Maintain accurate records of activities and repairs Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in HVAC Commercial Service
Preferred certifications: Gas Technician 1 and 313A mechanic
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
