Provide direct support to individuals in their communities
Assist with public transport usage and household tasks




Encourage relationship building and community involvement
Facilitate skill development and personal support plans
Deliver services during flexible schedule, including weekends Requirements:
Diploma in Human Services or equivalent experience
Valid Class 5 Driver's License and personal vehicle
Certification in First Aid/CPR and Food Secure
Knowledge of communication techniques and support processes
