Reporting directly to the Superintendent, you'll focus on achieving production goals for copper and molybdenum while championing safety leadership and environmental compliance across your teams. Your expertise in navigating the mining environment is critical to fostering a robust operational culture. Key Responsibilities:
Uphold and promote safety and environmental standards
Optimize processes for copper and molybdenum production




Implement improvement strategies with the Mill Operations teams
Analyze performance metrics and refine plant operations
Assist in the development and management of budgets Requirements:
Senior-level experience in a unionized mining setting
Background in base metal concentrators required
Degree in Engineering or Metallurgy is a plus
