Responsibilities
Provide sales support and customer service , so customers feel satisfied
Receive, sort, and sequence mail items
Lift and handle mail items weighing up to 22.7 kg , that’s 50 lb
Keep retail floor displays neat and current
Do merchandising work and inventory control activities

Requirements
Must know about customer service in a retail setting
Sales experience is considered an asset
Ability to handle mail items weighing up to 22.7 kg , or 50 lb
You must be proficient in English
