Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, leases, and other agreements.
Advise business units on legal aspects of commercial activities and strategic decisions.
Manage legal risks associated with business operations and corporate transactions.
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
Liaise with external counsel when specialized expertise is required.




Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and legal requirements.
Requirements LLB degree or equivalent, with admission as an Advocate or Attorney .
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial law practice.
Strong understanding of contract law, company law, and commercial dispute resolution.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload in a remote setting.
