In the role of Youth and Community Caregiver at Enviros, you will work directly with young individuals aged 12 to 19 in the ExCel Discovery Program. Assigned to weekend shifts, your focus will be on nurturing a supportive atmosphere through relational approaches and experiential learning. Your responsibilities include crisis intervention and maintaining a safe setting while documenting youth progress.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide active support based on trauma-informed principles
• Collaborate with families and community stakeholders
• Manage necessary justice and daily reporting tasks




• Support diverse life skills programming and activities
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the group home

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in Human Services
• 1-2 years of experience in youth support preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver's license without restrictions
• Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
• Required background checks prior to hire
