Pursuit Banff is hiring a guest services agent to welcome and assist guests, handling check-in/out, reservations, and information on local attractions. You will act as an ambassador for Pursuit, delivering friendly, effective service in Canada’s iconic national park.
You must excel in communication, multi-tasking, and problem solving, stand/walk for long shifts, and be comfortable with lifting luggage. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
