Olthuis Kleer Townshend LLP (OKT) seeks an Intermediate Lawyer for our Business & Economic Development practice, based in Toronto or Victoria. You will lead transactional work from structuring through closing, drafting agreements, coordinating due diligence, and advising on Indigenous governance and economic development.
Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in corporate/commercial law, robust drafting/negotiation skills, and LSO admission in BC and/or Ontario.
