You will bring 7-10 years of experience in HR leadership, focusing on compensation, benefits, and HRIS management. As a member of the People & Culture Leadership Team, you will guide the team in achieving operational excellence, improving data management, and optimizing HR systems. Your role will also include vendor management and compliance oversight.
